What happens if I get a new phone
If you get a new phone, the app will continue to work as expected and you will have access to all the same call data on your new device.
All you need to do is re-download the app on your new phone and sign into your existing account. There is no need to create a new account or request a data transfer. If you experience any issues with data access, please email help@iovox.com.
