Why don't all my tags show in Zoho
Zoho has a limitation on the amount of tags that can be created in the CRM. As a result, if you create new tags that exceed the limit on your account type, while you will see the tags in iovox, when these calls get shared with Zoho there is a chance that not all your tags will make it into Zoho.
To avoid this from happening, we recommend using tags that are already in your CRM. If you need new tags, you should access the settings in your Zoho CRM account to remove tags in order to create new ones.
